My paintings/art objects are in the school of American Abstract Expressionism, a lá Jackson Pollock. My other influences are Pablo Picasso and Paul Klée. And not Andy Warhol. My most recent critic said, "My kid could do that."Actually, Abstract Expressionism is neither abstract nor expressionistic. It's not about anything, and it isn't supposed to look like anything. It is the expression of the act of its own creation. Got that?
Sometimes I create a painted object in a couple of hours; sometimes I take days and days. They cost the same.
